19 Sold in Sabino Mountain so far-this Year!

Click Here for the eighteen multiple-listed Sabino Mountain homes that have sold this year—keep in mind there was also a private sale on Ocotillo Canyon that sold for $362,500, so the grand total is 19! There are also two under contract so there may be 21 total sales in 2010. I have lived in Sabino Mountain almost 7 years, and I have never seen so many sales in one year!Two homes under contract are one located on Ocotillo Canyon (priced in the $400,000s) and one on Quail Canyon (priced in the $900,000s)
Sabino Mountain has such a gorgeous location, that it is no surprise that so many have taken the opportunity to live here!

Small Ridgetop Home Sells in Sabino Mountain

4645 N Black Rock Drive sold yesterday for 450K! What a fantastic deal; this over 2K square foot home with pool is located at near the highest point in Sabino Mountain with close and personal views of the Catalinas. This special home just sold immediately. So very special and the buyer is so very lucky!

Sabino Mountain Flipped House Sells

4048 N Sunset Cliff Place sold today for $299,900. This two-story, 2,400 square foot home has a three car garage, a pool and a spa. It was a previous foreclosure that sold in September of this year for $228,900; the new Seller put new carpet and added fresh paint and fixed it up and flipped it.

4141 N Quail Canyon has Price Reduction

4141 N Quail Canyon has reduced its price to 949K, which represents a 46K reduction. This 3,900 square foot custom home was built in 2004 (sold for 754K then); later the owners added a very nice pool and spa which has breathtaking city views. This 17th Sabino Mountain home to sell this year, is sited on 1/4 acre, originally sold for $520,247 six years ago. It represents the second highest priced home sold in Sabino Mountain this year; the highest price home sold for 900K on Boulder Canyon nine months ago.
