It is a Great Time to Sell at a Non-Custom Home in Sabino Mountain
If you are thinking about listing your non-custom home in Sabino Mountain that would list for 400K or less, this is a great time to put your home on the market. The reason is there are only 2 homes listed for sale (that are non-custom homes) and both are foreclosures.
