Sabino Mountain Home Open this Sunday, January 10th

I am holding open my home at 4128 N Sunset Cliff Place -listed at 459K- this Sunday (Jan 10th) from 1-4 PM. A Custom Contemporary Home in Sabino Mountain is Under Contract

It is no surprise to me that 4155 N Boulder Canyon with a list price of $985,000 is now under contract. This exquisite contemporary is over 3,600 square feet and was designed by architect, Greg Simmons. Goes to show, even in a tough to sell price-range, if you price your home to sell, it will sell. I can not wait to welcome my new neighbors, since I live 2 doors down.
