4118 N Sunset Cliff Place, a model-perfect 2,904 sq ft two story home with swimming pool, closed escrow yesterday. Final sales prices was 425K. It goes to show that if you price your home right and assure it truly sparkles, it will sell fairly quickly. This one only took 2 1/2 months to sell.
