One Sabino Mountain Home is No Longer for Sale
4338 N Sabino Mountain Drive is no longer for sale. This ridgetop home was priced at $1,295,000. Now there are three homes priced over a million that are for sale in our neighborhood.
Although the number of homes priced over a million in the Catalina Foothills remains about the same is a year ago, final sales prices are definitely lower. Only the most competitively priced homes are selling.
