Pricing for Sabino Mountain Homes for Sale

I find it remarkable that there are so many homes for sale in Sabino Mountain that are not priced competitively. If your home is for sale and you have any doubts whether the price is right, have your agent take you out to preview homes that are in competition with your home. There is no doubt about it, if it is overpriced the chance of it selling is almost nil, and as time goes on the listing gets stale, and even if you do reduce the price, you will net less than if you price it right to begin with. The present market conditions are such that if you are serious about selling and you can not price it competitively, you need to take your house off the market until prices appreciate (could be a few years) or rent it out.
