Sabino Mountain - Update on Reduced Prices and Another Home for Sale
Another two-story Sabino Mountain, Monetery -built, 2904 square foot home was just listed for sale for $439,000 at 4221 N Sunset Cliff Drive.
4318 N Ocotillo Canyon Drive, a Pepper-Viner-built one-story home was reduced down to 435K; it is 2,379 square feet.
The most expensive home on the market is located at 7605 E Crested Saguaro, in “The Retreat”, an exclusive enclave in Sabino Mountain, has been reduced to $1,695,000; it started on the market at $2,195,000 in October 2007. This home was built by Outpost Builders, that built all the houses at “The Retreat” and also built many other custom and semi-custom homes scattered throughout Sabino Mountain.
If you do not list your home at the right price-point, it simply will not sell. Unfortunately more than half of the houses on the market at Sabino Mountain are over-priced.
