Sabino Mountain Home Under Contract

The home on 4338 N Ocotillo Canyon that was formerly a foreclosure and then was fixed up by a local builder is now under contract after only being on the market a few days. The list price on this 2,708 square foot two-story Pepper-Viner built home is $418,000. When is closes escrow I will let you know the final price.

Sabino Mountain Foreclosure is Now For Sale by New Purchaser

Bob Raynor, who built many Outpost homes in Sabino Mountain, purchased 4338 N Ocotillo Canyon for $262,500 at foreclosure auction held late last year. Yesterday it went on the market for $418,000. The listing for this two-story, 2,708 square foot Pepper-Viner built home mentions it has “fabuous fresh custom paint and is spotless”.

North Quail Canyon has 3 Homes for Sale over a Million!

It is located at 7605 E Crested Saguaro Place, with a list price of $1,849,000 . We will not know the final sales price until it closes escrow.
