The First Sabino Mountain “Short Sale” Goes Under Contract

Today 4028 N Sunset Cliff Place went under contract. This 2,936 square foot two-story Monterey Home is listed at 410K. We will not know the final price until it closes escrow at which time I will inform you of the price via this site. This one has a gorgeous city view and is located at the end of the street. It sold for 510K in August of 2005. A short sale is a sale whereby the lender accepts a sale that will net less than the amount due on the present mortgage. Open House next Sunday at 4348 N Ocotillo Canyon Drive - $435,000

I hope to see you next Sunday, Nov 2nd, from 1-4PM at my open house.
