Sabino Mountain Board of Directors is Looking for New Budget Committee Members

Just a reminder - The Board of Directors mentioned in the Community Manager’s recent newsletter that they are looking for new Budget Committee members to work on the 2009 Sabino Mountain Budget. This work would only entail committee meetings in October through mid-November of this year. This is your opportunity to assist in formulating the new budget which sounds challenging since the the legal fees have gone up ; the community owes past taxes due to an oversight of the previous management company, only to mention a few items that may lead to an increase in the HOA fees that were highlighted in the community newsletter.
