The Inventory of Houses for Sale in Sabino Mountain is Small
There are only 4 homes listed for sale in Sabino Mountain. These homes are: Two Monterey two- story homes that are the large floorplan with the upstairs family room priced at $410,000 (short sale listing) and another one priced at $425,000; a Pepper-Viner 2,236 one-story home listed at $418,000 and one custom home that is 3,676 square feet and is located on N Quail Canyon listed at $1,349,000.
