Recent Real Estate Happenings in Sabino Mountain
The house at 4458 N Sabino Mountain Drive shows quite beautifully now that it has been professionally staged. It has been on the market for quite some time, but now that it shows so well, I predict it will not take long to sell this one.The mountain views are very dramatic. The list price on this ridge-top home is $1,099,000. On another note, the only home with an RV garage has recently sold after being in the market for a very long time; it is located at 4225 N Boulder Canyon Place and sold for $995,000. Both homes have been marketed by Long Realty.
